#1 Tips & tricks to win PlayAlive08?

1 - Make sure your SoundTribes account is activated !

If you registered recently to SoundTribes, an activation email has been sent to your email address with a link to activate your account. Be sure to have clicked on this link otherwise your SoundTribes will not be activated. If this doesn't ring a bell to you, doublecheck your mailbox and look for a soundtribes email (maybe look also in your spam folder).

In order to verify if your account is activated, connect to www.soundtribes.com with your login & password. If you land on your personal SoundTribes page - actually your account is activated. If you land on another page then follow the instructions : give back your email (the one you used during registration).

2 - Get your personal URL !
Any SoundTribes member can get if he wants to a personal URL. For Artists it's like : www.soundtribes.com/yourartistname and for Music Lovers it's like www.soundtribes.com/lovers/yourmusiclovername.
To define and select your personal URL connect to www.soundtribes.com with your login & password and then click on "My Account". Reenter twice your password and enter your preferred URL at the bottom of the form. Confirm - it's done.

Now it will be real easy to expand your audience by sending out your catchy personal URL.

The MIDEM 2008 on fire with SoundTribes !

SoundTribes promised artists to help them perform live, it's now reality on this year MIDEM 2008. Actually GUSH and TAHITI BOY & THE PALMTREE FAMILY, 2 bands discovered on SoundTribes will be performing live on the Orange Magic Mirror concert stage on Monday, Jan 28th for an exceptionnal show with an audience of internation music professionals.
